As Night Supervisor, you will supervise night‑hour assistance to guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out. A Night Supervisor contributes to the first impressions of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Join the Front Office team, working in the reception area of the hotel.
• Supervise and deliver front office operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
