Qualifications

• Previous experience in HGV, Commercial Vehicle, LGV, PSV, or Heavy Plant sectors.
• Willingness to undergo training for HGV Technician certification.
• Ability to carry out safety inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a variety of Trucks and Vehicles.
• Carrying out safety inspections and vehicle preparation for MOT.
• Conducting fault diagnostics and ensuring safe repairs.

Skills

Previous experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic

Technical knowledge for maintenance and repairs

Sound knowledge for fault diagnosis

General level of computer literacy

Full UK driving licence

Education

Recognised apprenticeship or training to Level 3
