Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Block and Estate Management sector.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, property developers, investors, and stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to handover.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate on the creation of management proposals, presentations, and tailored service charge details.
- Support strategic growth initiatives within the property division.
- Deliver high-quality client service and negotiate management agreements.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports on business development activity and pipeline progress.
- Monitor market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in block and estate management, ideally in a senior property management or business development role.
- Proven track record of winning new business within the property management sector.
- Strong understanding of service charge preparation, Landlord & Tenant legislation, and Fire/Health & Safety regulations.
- Established network of industry contacts in block and estate management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
