A leading Field Marketing agency in Winnersh is seeking a New Business Development Director to lead client acquisition strategies and drive growth. You will oversee the bid management process, create compelling sales materials, and execute new business campaigns. Candidates should have proven success in business development, strong proposal writing skills, and an understanding of the FMCG or Retail landscape. Competitive salary up to £60,000 and performance-based bonuses available.

Salary: £50k+ (dependent on experience) + Up to 36% Performance Bonus
