We are looking for an ambitious and driven New Business Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will seek out and secure new accounts, generate new business, and deliver a high-quality service to clients across all aspects of their insurance arrangements.

You will advise, arrange and secure appropriate insurance cover at competitive premiums, ensuring excellent outcomes for both clients and the business.

You will take personal responsibility for achieving agreed business targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers.

The role involves helping to grow and maintain a portfolio of care-sector business, providing expert guidance and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities
  • Advise clients on appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their needs
  • Liaise with insurers to arrange competitive and suitable cover
