Join our AA Approved Garage Team as an Administrator and play a key role in keeping our network running smoothly. You’ll support Area and Sales Managers with customer service tasks and ensure new garages are onboarded quickly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include helping garages with queries, providing training on our Unity system, and promoting the goods and services we offer. You’ll also keep garage records up to date, manage parts accounts, and assist the sales team to deliver an exceptional experience across the network.

What will I be doing?
  • Onboarding new garages by setting up CRM profiles, customer mandates, and requesting Euro Car Parts accounts.
  • Delivering CRM training to garages, ensuring they can use the system confidently.
  • Booking and planning audits, sending confirmations, and organising Area Manager diaries.
  • Building strong relationships with garages through regular communication and support.
  • Answering and resolving queries from the department inbox promptly and professionally.
  • Working closely with your Area Manager to provide garage support and assistance.
  • Supporting the sales team by identifying growth opportunities and promoting products.
  • Updating management sheets and trackers regularly to keep all tasks accurate and up to date.
What do I need?
  • Bringing previous administrative experience to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Using Microsoft Office and Outlook with confidence and accuracy.
  • Having knowledge of the motor industry aftermarket (preferred but not essential).
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to help the team improve and grow.
  • Working independently without close supervision while staying focused.
  • Handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • Showing attention to detail when updating records and managing data.
