A leading housing association in Greater London is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to perform various maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry across their properties. The role is to carry out general multi-trade works for planned maintenance upgrades, including, but not limited to kitchens and bathrooms. Sites will mainly be occupied by our customers, and the locations will be across the organisation’s stock. The successful candidate will be provided with a van, fuel card and all PPE.
