Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about motorcycles and great with people?
We’re looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Executive to join our busy motorcycle dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi-franchised dealership, around a friendly team, with a loyal, growing, customer base, selling new and used motorcycles and scooters as well as associated products. Previous experience is desirable, alongside a solid understanding of the sales processes. The role involves engaging with prospective customers in store, via email and telephone, managing customer relationships via CRM software and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers and delivering an exceptional showroom experience
  • Selling new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance, and warranty products
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right bike and package
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
  • Carrying out test ride arrangements and vehicle demonstrations
  • Following up leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets
  • Ensuring accurate administration and compliance with FCA regulations
About You
  • Previous sales experience (motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales preferred but not essential)
  • A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the motorcycling lifestyle
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • IT literate with good attention to detail
  • Full 'A' UK motorcycle licence preferred
