Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Gas qualifications are essential.
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance across various commercial properties.
• Deliver reactive maintenance ensuring quick resolution of issues.
• Complete small installations independently.
• Diagnose faults and ensure systems are restored to working order.
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
