Job summary

A leading health and wellbeing provider in London seeks a Mobile Wellbeing Coach to deliver personalized and group fitness training sessions. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and have at least two years of coaching experience. You'll be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, adjusting training approaches for all fitness levels, and contributing to site operations. Additional benefits include a starting salary of £27,000 annually, health cash plan, and a corporate bonus scheme.

Qualifications

About the role:

UK Health and Wellbeing proudly partner with corporate partners to provide health and wellbeing support to their employees. From active spaces, group classes to physiotherapy and wellbeing seminars, our goal is to reduce physical and mental stresses in corporate environments, through fitness.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver a program of 1-1 personal training sessions and group classes.
  • Adjust your approach to accommodate all fitness levels.
  • Getting involved with conducting initial fitness assessments.
  • Working within the team to support the day-to-day operation of the site.
  • Use your knowledge of the industry to recommend improvements and offerings.

What you’ll bring:

  • Hold a valid certification such as a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.
  • REPS or CIMSPA accredited Level 3 Personal Training or Sports Science degree
  • Minimum of two years personal training and coaching experience
  • Experience establishing training needs, developing interventions and delivering high quality health and wellbeing interventions and solutions.
  • Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on improving technique and ability.
  • Strong communication and social skills.

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary - £27,000.00 per annum
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
  • 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
