With a flexible 24/7 rota, you'll also assist in installing the latest TEC devices, ensuring client safety. As the Mobile Emergency Responder for Medequip Connect, you will be a vital link between our vulnerable clients and the support services they need in all locations within the area. You will work a flexible 24/7 rota, based from home, respond to calls from our clients who activate their alarms. Alarm activations come directly into our contact centre. From there, our operators use the latest technology to allocate the job to the nearest community responder to attend and assess and assist with the situation on site. You will play a crucial role in us completing the analogue to digital switch, installing the most up to date TEC devices available, ensuring our clients remain safe during a time of national change.
