Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Clean Full UK Drivers Licence, no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs.
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs.
• Work on Splits/multi-splits and VRV/VAV/VRF systems.
