THE BAMFORD COLLECTION IS A GROUP OF CONSCIOUSLY MINDED LIFESTYLE BRANDS COMMITTED TO NOURISHING AND NURTURING PEOPLE AND PLANET.

SALARY: £39,323 per annum OTE*

HOURS: 48 hours a week, lunch and dinner service, 5 days in 7, including weekends.

The Wild Rabbit in Kingham is a fine dining restaurant and boutique hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Recognised in the Top 50 Gastropubs, the Top 50 Boutique Hotels, and awarded 3 AA Rosettes, The Wild Rabbit blends culinary excellence with warm, authentic hospitality.

Under the direction of our Head of Creative Bar, Sam Brown, The Wild Rabbit has become a destination for innovative cocktails rooted in the seasons and our close connection to Daylesford Farm. Our bar team works with organic and homegrown ingredients — herbs, botanicals, fruits, and ferments — to create drinks that celebrate the flavours of the Cotswolds.

These ingredients are paired with refined cocktail‑making methods, from clarifications and infusions to fermentation and fat washing, allowing us to add depth, texture, and creativity to our serves.

At the core of our bar is a balance of craft and hospitality. Guests receive warm, knowledgeable service, while our team contributes to the development of cocktails that tell a story of provenance, innovation, and care.

About gratuities & service charge:
  • Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro‑rata basis.
  • It is estimated that in 2025, our full‑time employees can expect to receive in the range of £7,000 in addition to their annual salary.
  • *The on‑target earning potential for this role is £39,323 per annum based on a 48‑hour contract — comprising a base salary of £32,323 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
