You will work flexible hours, often including weekends, and your efforts can lead to an achievable on-target earnings (OTE) of £42,500, along with benefits such as a company car, enhanced holiday entitlement, and discounted gym memberships. Sytner Wolverhampton is looking for a MINISales Executive.
As a Sytner MINI Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.
Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
On top of your and very achievable OTE of £42,500, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
