CITIC Pacific Mining is seeking a Mine Controller to support our Mine Production team on a permanent 2/1 continuous shift roster (days & nights), FIFO ex Perth.

This role is responsible for the daily operations of the MineStar fleet management system ensuring achievement of daily production goals. Including optimisation of truck fleet and haulage systems, maintaining dig unit productivity and coordination of supporting machines to ensure an efficient and effective fleet management system.

In this role you will:

• Monitor and adapt to best practice Mine Control techniques to achieve the daily mine plan targets.
• Setup daily blending and productivity goals.
• Manage blending, refuelling and operational shift breaks throughout the day.
• Ensure all source destination waypoints are accurate and setup in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the mine models integrity within the MineStar system, reporting any issues to the Senior Mine Controller.
