Due to our continued success and business growth, Ciceley Commercials is looking for an additional Business Development Executive to join our Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle franchised business.

Are you a natural communicator? Do you have a passion for sales and strive in a target driven environment?

The successful candidate will have a proven background in a sales environment and will be responsible for increasing sales across the service and parts areas of the business. You will help to continue our growth by promoting the parts and service area of the business to new and existing customers, whilst promoting the sale of the most technologically advanced trucks in the world.

Job Description

Duties

The main duties will include:

· Identifying new customers and building long term relationships

· Contacting prospects from internal CRM database

· Contacting existing customers to establish requirements and opportunities

· Analyse parts sales data to identify opportunities with current customers

· Achieve incremental parts and labour hour sales through the promotion of genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, products and services

· Providing detailed quotations, taking orders and progressing them with the relevant team.

· Record activity in CRM system to ensure regular cycle of contact is maintained and all opportunities are recorded.

· Work closely with all areas of the business

· Proven background in sales demonstrating an ability to sell in a busy
competitive environment

· Ability to influence and negotiate

· Professional attitude

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills

· Organised and self-motivated

· Disciplined work approach

· Motor trade knowledge

· Possess a full, clean UK driving license

· Previous experience in the motor trade

· Previous parts sales and service experience
