About the Person You’ll Support:

She loves going for shopping (loves a bity of retail therapy)

Visiting petting zoos, dog, and cat cafes

She loves going for food, watching films (She loves horror films), or simply chatting and going for walks

She loves trying out new hobbies and discovering safe, welcoming spaces in the community

About the Role:

You’ll work in the community, starting with shorter support sessions. Activities might include:

Going for coffee or shopping.

Attending creative workshops or horse visits

Watching horror films, or just chatting

Exploring new hobbies and safe spaces in the community, etc.

Position

We are looking for Mental health support workers who can provide flexible, person-centred support to young adults aged 18–25, many of whom present with a range of complex needs. The role requires a confident, empathetic professional who can work effectively using restorative practice approaches, build trust, and promote positive outcomes while maintaining appropriate boundaries and safeguarding standards.
