Qualifications

  • NHS Mental Health experience required.
  • Significant administrative experience in a similar environment required.
  • Understanding of administrative processes is essential.
  • Basic understanding of mental health illnesses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administration support to the Living Well Team.
  • Administer all referrals and enquiries received into the team.
  • Ensure best practice standards are maintained at all times.
  • Facilitate the day-to-day functioning of the team, including MDT meetings.
  • Review administrative processes within the team and contribute to improvements.

Education

GCSE in English and Mathematics or equivalent
Evidence of recent further development / training to NVQ 3 or equivalent level
