Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role you will ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help them with their purchases, and support a great member experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and safety, performing regular sweeps.
• Assist members in loading and unloading carts and vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking members.
• Ensure products are selected, packaged, and displayed according to company policies.
• Resolve member issues, communicate delays and offer alternatives.
• Maintain a positive attitude, remain on feet, and work in fast‑paced and weather‑involved environments.
