Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Perform mechanical diagnostics and resolve faults promptly.
  • Carry out statutory checks for compliance with regulations.
  • Respond to urgent issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Liaise professionally with Property Managers and clients.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities.
