Bring Our Story to Life

We believe every story matters – especially the ones told through wagging tails, whisker twitches and the people who care for them.

We’re looking for a creative, organised marketing assistant to help us share those stories.

You’ll manage our social media channels, support campaigns across the business and collaborate with our practice teams to capture the everyday moments that show how deeply we care for pets and their people.

This full-time role is based primarily at our Sevenoaks practice with occasional travel to our other practices around Kent for shoots and projects.

💡 Salary: £30,000 per year
What You’ll Do
  • Plan, create and schedule social media content that feels real, relevant and engaging
  • Visit practices to capture photos, videos and stories that showcase our teams and their work
  • Support campaigns and projects across digital, print and events
  • Write our weekly team newsletter
  • Monitor engagement and help refine our social strategy based on insights and trends
  • Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure our brand feels consistent and fresh
What We’re Looking For
  • Someone with a natural eye for storytelling and design
  • Confident using social media platforms and basic content tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn about marketing within a veterinary setting
  • Organised and able to balance creative work with day-to-day coordination
  • Comfortable working across different teams and communicating clearly
