Pike Construction Services is seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced in-house marketing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions—from campaign support and customer engagement to event promotion and performance tracking. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals who will guide you in developing skills and strategies to help propel Pike’s brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of creative marketing campaigns to attract attention and drive measurable results.
• Event & Customer Engagement: Plan for and represent Pike’s brand at industry events, including trade shows, vendor fairs, and client engagement opportunities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of campaigns and inside sales efforts, gather valuable insights, and suggest improvements for future initiatives. Leverage our CRM platform to streamline tracking and reporting.
• Skill Development: Collaborate with experienced team members to learn best practices and gain knowledge of industry tools and strategies.
• Team Support: Provide general support to our busy marketing team, assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.

Compensation

The base hourly range for this position is $21.63 – $26.44. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
