Job Summary

What does this role Involve
  • In line with brand priorities, the Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator identifies, evaluates, and recommends content creators, ensuring that the right channels and people represent our Product‑Lines
  • Developing a strong community that is inclusive, diverse and collaborative
  • Ensuring that strong, long‑term relationships are built and maintained with key content creators and influencer agencies
  • Actively support and coordinate integrated campaign execution in alignment with all stakeholders involved
  • Development of innovative and creative ideas, e.g. for storytelling campaigns that promote interaction with the community and content creators
  • Drafting of influencer contracts, taking into account all business and legal aspects
  • Initiative, proactively address issues with the visibility and sensitivity needed to maintain trust and brand integrity
  • Reporting KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement of the creator program based on data‑driven insights.
  • Continuously ensure the quality of content for all initiatives undertaken.
What are we looking for
  • Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships and brand ambassador management and a proven track record
  • Several years of experience in planning and executing creator‑focused events
  • In‑depth expertise on the popular platforms – Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and knowledge of the current trends and regulations in influencer marketing
  • In‑depth knowledge of legal aspects and compliance issues in connection with cooperation and contractual drafting in the field of influencer marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking, complemented by a great deal of creativity
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • The ability to evaluate creators for authenticity, brand alignment, and audience engagement – and make data‑driven recommendations with confidence.
  • Excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise, especially with a strong focus on time, cost and quality
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, e.g. with brand, product and communication teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • This role is a remote based position with travel to Germany as required to meet with the wide Gamegenic team.
  • There is also the option to work from our Bordon, Hampshire office too.
  • Being a German speaker would be advantageous.
