A leading music organization in Bristol is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and implement integrated campaigns that connect people with live music and learning experiences. Marketing and Communications Manager Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £36,500 per annum

Bristol Beacon is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to create bold, integrated campaigns that connect people with extraordinary live music and creative learning experiences.
Working closely with the Director of Audiences, you’ll plan and deliver high-impact marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print, PR and social channels, manage relationships, oversee budgets, and grow the Beacon brand. You’ll work with a collaborative team, with line management responsibility for one team member, and work with colleagues across the organisation to drive ticket sales, grow audiences and strengthen our local and national reputation.
This is a hands‑on management role for someone with a flair for creative campaigns, a sharp eye for detail, strong data insight skills, and a passion for music and culture in all its forms.
