Job summary

A hospitality company located in Johnstone, UK is seeking a Sales Support role to assist the Central Sales Team in managing sales enquiries across various venues. This includes handling online enquiries, spa inquiries, and managing diary tasks to secure appointments. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and organization, contributing to creating memorable experiences for guests. This position is based at the Support Office in Howwood, allowing for active engagement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all online enquiries made at venue level with a view to securing a sales appointment for venue sales team.
  • Managing incoming sales enquiries for all venues.
  • Handling all Spa enquiry calls.
  • Assisting with spa diary management.
  • Handling all enquiries sent to Central inbox.
  • E Voucher Management.
  • Handling overspill of venue calls centrally.

ABOUT THE ROLE…

We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!

You will support the Central Sales Team by efficiently responding to incoming sales leads that you would recieve by telephone, email or wesbite enquiries.

This role will be based at our Support Office in Howwood.
