We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the financial and contractual delivery of our construction projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll provide expert commercial support across all phases of project delivery, manage complex contracts, and oversee financial reporting and risk management. Your leadership will be key in resolving disputes, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring junior team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
