The Role

As a Manager in our Commercial Consulting team, you will lead core workstreams that deliver measurable business outcomes across revenue growth, customer experience, and cost synergies. You will be hands‑on in designing and delivering solutions that combine strategy, data, and technology to transform how our clients operate in front‑office domains. The Commercial Consulting team is fully integrated with our broader Finance and Deals teams—our consultants working collaboratively across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on commercial transformation projects ( gula), pricing, segmentation, front office operating model redesign, customer lifetime value programs)
• Apply data analytics, AI, and automation to deliver insights and accelerate execution.
• Design dashboards and decision tools that embed data‑driven thinking into day‑to‑day operations.
• Support clients in designing and delivering value creation initiatives tensile the front office to finance domain.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions to align KPIs and break down silos.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, insights, and IP creation.
