Carnival UK is searching for a people-focused Business & Process Analysis Manager who plays a crucial role in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Business Analysis duties, adding value to strategic programmes and change initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver Business Analysis activities for large and complex projects, working with the business to ensure scope and requirements are captured, documented, and signed off.
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts through coaching, mentoring, and training and development programs, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and enforce best practices, tools, and templates for Business Analysis, and manage key stakeholder relationships across functions within the Digital Technology Office (DTO) and Carnival UK business departments.
  • Contribute to DTO Business Analysis community of practice activities to ensure knowledge is shared across all BA teams, functions and programmes within the DTO.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07 and offered as a full-time position, on a fixed term basis for 6 months. We offer hybrid work, including up to two days from home.

Requirements
  • Expertise in industry-standard Business Analysis techniques and frameworks (such as BCS, formerly ISEB).
  • Strong experience in modelling complex business processes and defining/documenting requirements.
  • Ability to assess feasibility and relevance of proposed technical and business changes.
  • Proficiency in resource planning, scheduling, and matching BAs to projects within a matrix environment.
  • The ability to look strategically across a portfolio of business analysis requirements and tactically to support business analysis at activity level.
