A rapid-growing retail company in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Finance Assistant to manage bookkeeping, produce financial statements, and collaborate with management. Ideal candidates should be AAT qualified or pursuing ACCA/CIMA and possess strong analytical and Excel skills. The role offers a competitive salary of ~£40,000 with flexible working hours and opportunities for progression as the company expands.

Working at our brand new headquarters in Ellesmere Port, your role will be to perform bookkeeping (with Xero), produce monthly P&L statements, compose financial projections, and communicate with colleagues, clients and suppliers regarding financial matters.
You will be working closely with our two Directors and other members of the management team to contribute to decision-making that will continue to drive the company's incredible success. We also envisage the finance team expanding, and the successful applicant will be involved in the recruitment process for future Finance Assistants.
Trade Outlet's annual revenue has tripled in the past 18 months and doubled since January 2025, making this a special time to join us and help us continue our lightning-fast progression.
You will receive a salary of ~£40,000 per year, dependent on experience. The job entails a 40-hour working week, but there can be some flexibility on working patterns according to your preferences.
