Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot managed print related tickets assigned by the Service Desk.
  • Work closely with software and hardware third parties to resolve faults.
  • Manage ticket updates to customers and vendors until resolution.
  • Meet KPIs set by the Service Desk Team Leader.
  • Maintain high levels of incident ownership throughout the lifecycle.

As a Managed Print Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for investigating Managed Print support issues and escalating, where necessary, to the relevant internal team and/or third party.

Technical Managed Print Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting managed print related tickets assigned to you by the Service Desk
  • Working closely with our software and hardware third parties to resolve faults
  • Managing managed print ticket updates to customers, third parties and vendors through to resolution
  • Meeting Support (KPI) Key Performance Indicators as set by the Service Desk Team Leader
  • Maintaining high levels of incident ownership throughout the incident lifecycle to a satisfactory customer resolution

We'd love you to have:

  • Existing experience working on a Service and/or supporting a managed print environment
  • General IT knowledge, particularly printing products
  • Ability to prioritise and perform tasks in a high‑pressure environment
