Job description
About the Role

Part-time/Full-time vacancies available. Wake in nights Guaranteed overtime!!!

Support Asia started delivering care and support services over 10 years ago. We initially entered this field with a view to delivering cultural services to the Asian communities, where there was a clear lack of culturally sensitive services. This is reason we chose the name Support Asia. Due to the high standards and excellent services we provide, we were approached to serve other communities and not just the Asian communities. We are proud to say that we currently deliver services to people from all ethnic backgrounds, including White and Black communities.

The care sector is such a rich and rewarding place to work. There is variety in your work and in the roles available. You do not have to be a carer to make a meaningful difference in our service users' lives. We want the kindest, most resilient people to come and support our service users. No two days will be the same, and you will receive the learning and development you need to thrive.

As a Care and Support Worker, you will value kindness above all and it touches upon every aspect of our service including:

  • Physical health problems
  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Brain injury
  • Dementia
  • Helping the elderly
  • Managing challenging behaviour outside the community

Every single person who works here understands that our service users are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining us, you will have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.

Right now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care and Support Worker to join our team. Our focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times. We provide 24-hour supported living which includes days, nights, waking nights and sleep-ins.

Do you fit this role? Become a key worker and make a difference.

We are committed to providing the quickest possible turnaround from the point of making you a job offer to you starting with us from day one.

About You

As a carer under the guidance of a project manager, you will be taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well‑being, and social needs of our service users.
