Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician at the Dundee MI Hotel is responsible for maintaining and repairing all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. This individual will work closely with the hotel management team to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for guests and employees alike. This is a full-time individual contributor role with a salary compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Maintain property exterior including landscaping and parking lot
