Diamond Grove Center is searching for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistance. This position will be full-time, Monday thru Friday with hours that consist of 6:00am-3:30pm, on call occasionally.
Diamond Grove Center is a 61-bed behavioral psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful neighborhood of Louisville, Miss. Diamond Grove Center features individual units for children, adolescents, and offers inpatient care acute care, as well as residential treatment for adolescents. On average 1000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Diamond Grove Center Hospital. As a Maintenance Assistance you will perform general maintenance work, which includes, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, housekeepiing. fire safety, internal and external disasters, and security of the facility. Assist to maintain a safe workplace and environment for Diamond Grove Center. Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, kitchen equipment, lawn maintenance, and knowledge of electrical, as well as HVAC. Responsib;e for facility grounds, blowing parking lot, trimming hedges, cutting grass. Responsible for maintainint all facility vehicles. Completes daily roungs of thezz to pertenc issues are operational for the employees and patients served. Responsible for delivering supplies within the facility. Perform routine maintenance as scheduled by the Director of Facility Operations. Performs HVAC filter changes monthly and vacuuming of vents. Perform pressure washing of interior and exterior mats. General housekeeping duties as assigned or needed. Performs other duties assigned/required by this position.
