A leading security services provider in Wellingborough is seeking a Maintenance Operative - Mechanical to maintain various systems and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering qualification, strong organisational skills, and relevant experience in maintenance. This full-time role offers a salary of £36,718.40 per annum and includes additional benefits like on-site parking and ongoing training.

You will possess strong organisational and communication skills, have an understanding of an FM maintenance environment and will be dedicated to providing a high quality service. You must be fully qualified within a mechanical engineer discipline (City & Guilds / Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical Craft Studies or equivalent) and have experience of Industrial / Plumbing installations.
The following are desirable but not essential: Specialists in HVAC systems, gas systems /equipment maintenance (Gas Safe qualified), A/C repairs & maintenance, Industrial plumbing qualification, Legionella & WRAS Controls and regulations and experience of BMS systems.
