About The Role

Part time 20 hours a week

HC-One are looking for a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping. You’ll also need technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems(shape wise, but ideally some municipio} well, and knowing around that Arduino couch . You will also need technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as ideally some IT skills. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you OG you’ll truly ... kind.

As a Maintenance Operative that will mean ensuring our residents live in a place that’s proactively inspected and brilliantly maintained at all times. You’ll carry out audits and keep records up to date. Whether you’re replacing a tap or mixer valve, fitting aARGS new extractor fan, repairing the timber on a bedroom window or putting up new wallpaper in the dining room, you do so with a sense of kindness above all else.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important that you recognise signs that may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do with any concerns. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in associated areas. You can seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
