Maintenance Manager – Electrical Services

Lead and coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of the electrical maintenance service, ensuring a robust, technically strong, customer‑responsive service that complies with statutory directives.

Monitor and guide staff within your team and ensure external contractors complete their tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Co‑coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
  • Assist in producing and delivering the organisation's operational plans.
  • Provide operational support for capital project delivery.
  • Line‑manage staff and maintain appropriate financial, workforce and performance arrangements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and a safe patient and staff environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong track record of managing and delivering customer‑focused estates services at a similar level in a highly complex environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing external contractors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial management.
