The Role

To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

You Will

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace
• Adhere to Wetherspoon's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Work with third‑party contractors
• Ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company's vDesign Standard Operating Procedures (DSOPs)
• Carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business

About You

• Have the ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
• Be able to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge while working within relevant guidelines
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm in your role and show commitment to your colleagues and pub
• Have a friendly nature and good communication skills
• Be honest, trustworthy and respectful
• Remain calm when working in a fast‑paced environment
