A leading dairy company in Stourton seeks an M&E Maintenance Planner Coordinator to oversee maintenance planning. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, enhancing process effectiveness, and supporting a transformation project. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in manufacturing, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in SAP PM or similar platforms. Taw Valley Creamery is undergoing a major transformation supported by a £180 million investment — making this an especially exciting time to join our Maintenance & Engineering team.
As our M&E Maintenance Planner Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, coordinated and executed effectively across the creamery. You’ll work closely with operations, engineering and planning teams to drive reliability, compliance and continuous improvement.
This role sits within the Maintenance & Engineering team at Taw Valley Creamery.
You’ll bring strong technical capability, a structured mindset and the ability to work confidently with data, systems and cross‑functional teams. You’ll be comfortable working within established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve them.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong technical education in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and repair processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You’ll have experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms and a passion for digital tools and data-driven decision-making. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Taw Valley Creamery, established in 1974, is a cornerstone of UK cheese production. The site processes around 1.2 million litres of milk every day, producing over 100 tonnes of award-winning cheeses including BOB and Castello Tickler, as well as butter and whey powder. The creamery is soon to receive a £180 million investment to build a new mozzarella production facility — the second-largest single investment in Arla Foods UK.
