A local hospitality organization in Chichester is seeking an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves overseeing food operations, maintaining high hygiene standards, and developing exciting menus using locally sourced, organic produce. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a passion for high-quality service in a fun work environment.
We have a truly unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly creative, and inspiring Head Chef to lead, develop and inspire a passionate team, in the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
You will be responsible for the overall food operations for Goodwood House and M&E Events across the Estate. This includes outside catering for external events; including Racecourse, cricket pavilion, Woodland and Shoot catering on the Estate. Your focus will be to drive year-round profitability, develop exciting food products and menus and create an environment for the team to excel in their jobs.
