Luxury Sales Consultant – Selfridges – 16 Hours/Week

We are currently seeking a Part‑Time Sales Consultant for MaxMara in Selfridges.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
  • Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge
  • Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Deals with customer queries and complaints
  • Acts as ambassador of the customer‑centric logic within the store
Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrate good conversational English
  • Have relevant experience in luxury retail
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPIs
