Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge in a 5* luxury development is essential.
• Health & Safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Driving License is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home.
• Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies.
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV.
• Handle and record deliveries for residents.
• Maintain the concierge area and lobby presentation.
• Look out for health and safety hazards on site patrol.
• Offer advice and recommendations about the local area.
