• Must have previous experience in a luxury spa or high profile salon.
• Qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable and professional spa services.
• Consult with clients to understand their personal needs.
• Support the line manager in maximizing revenue through service.

Skills

Previous experience in luxury spa or high profile salon

Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 3/HND or equivalent

Strong Communication skills & interpersonal skills

Excellent level of spoken and written English

Pro-active and reliable

Able to work independently and within a team

Excellent presentation & customer care skills

Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
