Job summary

A recognized home care provider in the Flintshire area is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to support customers during lunchtime to teatime. The role involves providing personal care, preparing meals, and offering companionship. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. A UK Driving Licence and access to a car are essential. Lunchtime to Teatime Home Care Assistant - Flintshire area

Shifts: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

About the Role

We’re looking for kind, compassionate HomeCare Assistants to support our customers from lunchtime to teatime, helping them live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. You don’t need previous experience – just a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference. • Encouraging light exercise and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Bringing warmth, reassurance and a smile to each visit

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, compassionate and reliable person
• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car (essential)
• Willingness to commit to some weekend shifts
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)

Pay & Benefits

• £13.00 – £16.25 per hour
• Mileage paid at 40p per mile
