Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures.
• Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular patrols of the estate.
• Monitoring and reporting health and safety or security concerns.
• Managing access control and visitor sign-ins.
• Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the concierge team with operations.
• Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly.
