Are you ready to join a world class logistics leader and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers? At Nippon Express, we’re looking for a sharp, organised, and customer-focused professional to support our busy operations team at our Castle Donington site.

Working closely with our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics engine, coordinating orders, supporting warehouse teams, communicating with customers, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Processing customer orders through our in-house Warehouse Management System
  • Preparing paperwork and briefing our warehouse pick & pack team
  • Managing incoming emails from customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Booking transport and ensuring timely dispatch of completed orders
  • Raising monthly invoices and preparing supporting documentation
  • Solving customer issues with confidence, speed, and professionalism
What You’ll Bring
  • *5 GCSEs (A–C)* or equivalent — including Maths & English
  • Strong IT skills across the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Ideally 1+ year of logistics administration experience, but we’re open to ambitious learners with the right mindset
  • A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great service
