Information at a GlanceBouygues Energies & Services (part of EQUANS)Bouygues Energies & Services (part of Equans) has a fantastic opportunity available for a Logistics Administrator to be based at the Hinkley Point C site in Bridgwater.We have been awarded a Turn-key EPC contract for the Hinkley Point C (HPC) new-build nuclear power plant Emergency Diesel Generators. The role offers the opportunity to work in a lively and fast-paced environment on one of the most exciting projects out there!Job Purpose:To support with administrative duties of project materials, plant, consumables & deliveries, and to ensure the efficient and high standard running of the department.The Role:Administrative and Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the logistics team and HPC Operations Teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Manage the scanning and filing of material certification.
  • Manage the scanning and filing of material movement sheets.
  • Liaise with suppliers and accounts team to solve any invoice queries.
  • Support quality and HSE administration where required.
  • Arrange delivery dates of equipment with suppliers.

Record-Keeping and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, including risk assessments, incident reports, and audits.
  • Assist with entry & updating of information onto plant & calibrated equipment registers in line with PUWER regulations.
  • Raise purchase requestions & submit for authorisation, Issue purchase orders to suppliers & complete GRN process.
  • Prepare documentation to support client audits, inspections and external accreditations.
  • Liaise with stores team regarding PPE and compliance replenishment orders.
  • Assist in data entry and management of material receipts and shipments.
  • Update logistics database adding new suppliers information in site purchasing register.

Coordination and Communication

  • Ensure DMS & VMS are in place for onsite deliveries.
  • Assist with submission of documents to the BYES document control team.
  • Arrange equipment calibrations.
  • Arrange waste management collections.
