Qualifications

• Hold the FRCPath or evidence of equivalent qualification.
• Must have a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within six months of award of CCT.
• Broad knowledge of Microbiology and clinical expertise in Infection Control.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical infection service to Salford.
• Responsible for comprehensive clinical and diagnostic microbiology services.
• Implement innovation and service development.
