Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Local Service Manager at Mulberry House, Bath.

The role of Local Service Manager will include:
  • Good understanding of mental health issues and services
  • Experience in accommodation-based services with positive outcomes
  • Skilled in managing and developing staff teams
  • Leading service delivery and working with the Area Service Manager
  • Building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
  • Monitoring service performance and achieving KPIs
  • Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
  • Recruiting, managing, and developing staff
  • Flexible working hours based on service needs
  • Responsible for health and safety within the service
Skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a mental health service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Compassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to support
  • You will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal development
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners
  • Travel is a requirement of the role; therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
