Are you a Loading Bay Operative, looking to join one of the UKs leading Logistics companies? Would you like to experience weekends off whilst working a fulfilling week ensuring loads are safely placed on to our trailers to deliver Nissan products around the UK? Are you physically fit and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Loading Bay Operatives to join our team working on the Nissan contract in Lutterworth.

You will be working Monday to Friday 40 hrs a week.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • You will be loading outbound trunk trailers of roll cages and boxed/palletised items
  • Marshalling and scanning outbound product
  • Housekeeping duties of working area and returning assets to be reused
  • Compliance
  • MHE training desirable but not essential as training can be given
  • You will work in a safe manner at all times

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Must be flexible in working hours
  • Previous similar experience would be an advantage
  • FLT Licence not mandatory but advantageous
