We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Working hours:

37.50

Shift pattern:

Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 01:00 (Flexibility for earlier shifts required)

Salary:

£35,131.92 per annum, additional pay for unsociable hours will apply.

What you will be doing:
  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
